For this new 100-unit townhouse development by Townline in Coquitlam’s Burke Mountain community, we developed a comprehensive Master Signage Plan (MSP) that complements the project branding and builds on the approved Development Plan (DP) and design guidelines for the 1290 Mitchell site.

Our scope included the design of high-quality visitor wayfinding, contemporary project signage, and trail and interpretive signage that reflects the envisioned mountain village and resort character of the neighbourhood. The MSP supports a seamless, legible experience throughout the site, enhancing both placemaking and navigation within this growing, family-focused community..
