Kings Crossing is a major mixed-use development by Cressey Development Group in Southeast Burnaby, featuring an 8-storey office building, three residential towers, and over 180,000 sq ft of retail space. I designed the comprehensive parkade signage system for both underground (P1–P5) and above-ground (L1–L3) parking levels, accessed via four street entrances. The design focused on clarity and ease of navigation, incorporating universal pictograms, minimal suspended signage, and bold super graphics for elevator and level identification. The system meets BC Building Code and accessibility standards and integrates smoothly with private parking operations.
