The YVR 5000 / 5200 Miller Road Improvement Masterplan Project focuses on enhancing two office buildings by lightening their appearance and addressing signage needs.

The project follows a two-phase approach: first, developing a comprehensive wayfinding strategy that includes identifying required exterior and interior sign types, creating a sign plan, and designing wayfinding elements consistent with the project brand; and second, preparing a concept design package for approval and supporting the integration of the approved wayfinding and signage concepts into the overall masterplan improvements.
