As part of the "19 on the Greenway" residential development, a wayfinding and signage program was created to help people navigate easily. This program improves the experience for both residents and visitors while matching the site's architecture.

Located on Arbutus Street between West 20th and 21st Avenues, the project includes two six-storey rental buildings designed by BHA Architecture. These buildings are connected by an underground parking garage. Key features include accessible lobbies, ground-level homes, shared community spaces, and a central courtyard with landscaping.

Conceptual artwork for the signage was designed to match the development’s visual identity, creating a sense of place and community. The signage plan helps users move smoothly from arrival to identifying individual units. It uses clear, consistent, and responsive design solutions.
