One Burrard Place is a bold addition to Vancouver’s skyline, standing 550 feet tall and serving as a gateway to Downtown from the Burrard Street Bridge. Designed by IBI Group Architects, the tower blends urban sophistication with sweeping views of the city, ocean, and mountains.

As part of this landmark development, we created a cohesive exterior wayfinding system that reflects the building’s modern architecture. The signage was designed to support intuitive navigation while enhancing the overall experience for residents, visitors, and the public. From street-level entry to building access, every detail balances function, clarity, and design integrity.
